Francis Alexander Waverly is the head of U.N.C.L.E. (United Network Command for Law Enforcement).
History[]
Waverly was a student who attended at Greyfriars School and was referred to as "Al" Waverly during his school days. In the 1950s, Waverly was constructing U.N.C.L.E. which his organisation received equipment support from John Night's Night Industries.
