Hira Dakkar (born 1926) is the daughter of Broad Arrow Jack and Janni Dakkar, the widow of Armand Robur, and lover of Manfred Mors. With Armand, she bore their son, Jack.

The Roses of Berlin[]
In 1941, Hira apparently perished when Armand's all-terrain vessel, The Terror, was shot down by the forces of Adenoid Hynkel, but survived the crash landing and managed to almost single-handedly return the vessel to fighting shape. She arrived over the Berlin Metropolis in time to rescue her mother and husband, and was then allowed by Janni to command The Terror's bombardment of the city in revenge for her father's death.[1]
1960s[]
In 1969 she was present alongside his son Jack while the last members of the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen were brought back to England.[2]
1980s[]
In 1987 she was present to witness the inauguration of the statue of Janni Dakkar.[3]
