Sir John "Jack" Francis Wilton was an English adventurer and the first "M" of British Intelligence during the late 16th century. He led a group of special operatives called Prospero's Men during the reign of Queen Gloriana.

Source materialEdit

Jack Wilton is from Thomas Nashe's The Unfortunate Traveller: or, the Life of Jack Wilton, which is a picaresque novel set during the reign of Henry VIII of England. Wilton's position as spymaster stands in for real-life Elizabethan spymaster Sir Francis Walsingham.
