Lamarr the First, also known as the Lord of Mars, was the first emperor of Mars established during the Lunites' invasion of the planet in 2010.
Lamarr was a Moon Amazonian man, conceived with the sperm of James Moriarty. He was a ruthless, evil and highly intelligent tyrant who went on to seize control of the entire solar system.
