Megapatagonia as seen in Heart of Ice
Megapatagonia is an archipelago in the Antarctic, and is by extension part of the Blazing World.
The archipelago is similar to the Blazing World in that it features similar architecture, is "half-real" and is ruled over by anthropomorphic animals
Megapatagonia's culture is a mirror of France's, down to its capital 'Sirap'. For this reason, and because of its beast-man populace, we see the talking French dog, Dogtanian, when Janni passes through Megapatagonia on her way to the Mountains of Madness in 1925.
